The apartment is new (only 2 years old) and it is located in the prestigious neighborhood of the Ulaanbaatar known for its expensive modern apartments and townhouses.

Cleaning: We clean the apartment every 3rd day unless you want otherwise. Regular cleaning routine is vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathroom and shower and taking out the trash.

• Building has 2 elevators 🛗 running 24/7.
• The apartment complex has lots of sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the sunlight. You can grab a decent cup of coffee at CU convenience store (also located inside the apartment complex).
• The complex also has a good size playground 🛝 and plenty of benches to enjoy the sun.
• It is very safe inside the apartment complex (fully fenced area) for children to run around and play on their own.
• Residents are used to foreigners; we have several expat families living in our building for a year or more.
